Mantesat provides information which acts as a guide on how to download software to your Digital Satellite Receiver. Installation Help

All our Complete Satellite TV Systems are supplied with installation included. We also install other systems purchased from our website. Our installation charge for a fixed satellite system is £80 and for a motorised satellite system is £150.

Order Tracking

Mantesat sends out all orders within 48 hours of the order being made. Customers received their equipments latest 3 days after making their purchase. Should the delivery date be longer, we contact the client immediately. All equipments are sent via Royal Mail and private courier firms. Our qualified contracted Installers deliver and install all our fully Installed systems.

The Client will be given a unique 13 digit number with which the order can be tracked on the Royal Mail website or that of the private courier. Warranty

Mantesat offers a 12 Months Free Service on all products we sell and all installations. Please email info@mantesat.com for detailed advice on our 12 Months Free Service. Also all equipments sold by us come with a 12 Months manufacturers return to base warranty. 

Return Policy

All our clients are protected under the European Union Distance Selling legislations.

Please contact us on info@mantesat.com should you want to return any product. We test all products before they are purchased. We however replace all faulty products. Refunds are also given for all products returned to us within 7 days of purchase provided they come in the original packaging un-used.
